Question:
How do I submit my album to GospelReggae.com if I have not manufactured it yet?
Answer:
INTRODUCTION:

Thank you for your interest in selling your product on GospelReggae.com, a
division of Lion of Zion Entertainment. GospelReggae.com supplies the
world's largest selection of Gospel Reggae music. We are constantly
searching for new titles to add to our selection. The people of the
World are hungry for this music. We'd like to help you reach a broader
audience and get your music out to the masses.

GENRES ACCEPTED

Firstly, as the name states GospelReggae.com mainly accepts Gospel (Christian)
Reggae albums. We do not accept albums that are not Christian. If your
album is not Gospel Reggae it is very unlikely we will actually accept
your music. The exception to this is Gospel (Christian) Hip-Hop that we
can accept on an album basis. Please note that we do listen to all
albums submitted to GospelReggae.com and we don't return CDs sent to us
which are not deemed acceptable. Therefore, please contact us before
sending us any albums!

PREPARING YOUR ALBUM FOR MANUFACTURING

We
understand that manufacturing albums can become expensive. We,
therefore, can manufacture your album to reduce these costs and help
you to easily release your album. Before your album is sent for
manufacturing there are some important steps:

Artwork - This is extremely important. The
artwork is often a fan's first impression and could be the difference
between your album selling or not! Good artwork should captivate you,
pique your interest and keep your attention. A proper album cover
should be timeless and look good from across the room (or as a one inch
jpeg), yet still be beautiful up close. Make sure your artist name and
album title is clearly visible on the album cover. Also, pay attention
to details - correct spelling and grammar is important!

Mastering
- Your music must be professionally mastered, including EQ, Compression
and Volume Maximization. Your music could be great, but professionally
mastering could be the difference to good songs and a great sounding
album!

As we know that sometimes it can be extremely
expensive to hire a professional to create artwork or master your
album, GospelReggae.com created GR Designs to help you with this. For
more information, please visit: GR Designs

Once the artwork is ready and the tracks have been mastered, your album is ready to be manufactured

SUBMITTING YOUR ALBUM FOR MANUFACTURING AT GOSPELREGGAE.COM

We don't manufacture all the albums that we receive and therefore, if
you are thinking of submitting an album to GospelReggae.com for
manufacturing, please contact us first.

Once
you have contacted us and we have agreed to manufacture your album, we will send you a manufacturing agreement. This
is a simple agreement between GospelReggae.com and you, the artist or record label.
Once you have agreed to the conditions of the manufacturing agreement,
you are ready to submit your album.

They are two methods to submit your album. We prefer that you send us a
copy of the mastered audio on one CD and the artwork on a separate CD.
Please do not send the original master of the audio.

Artwork: The artwork must be at
least 1500 x 1500 pixels (or better), best quality RGB color mode (even
if black and white), at least 300 dpi and saved in .JPEG, .GIF or .PNG
format. You can also submit the original artwork file in .PSD format.
You must submit at least an album cover (showing your artist name and
album title), tray card (back cover - with the full track listing and
copyright information) and the on-body artwork for the CD (this is what
you want printed on the actual CD).

Any questions please let us know. Please send these CDs to:

GospelReggae.com,
1942 259th Place,
Lomita, CA
90717
USA

We also do accept electronic submissions. If you do want to submit your
album electronically, please pay close attention to the following:

Audio: The audio must be in HQ MP3. We recommend 320 kbps. Anything less will affect the quality of your album. We do not
accept WMA files. We recommend that you import the MP3 files to your
computer from the original master of the album. iTunes is the best
program to use for this. Please find the instructions below:

iTunes Import Instructions
